How we like to work.
Every founder is different, so we don't believe in a formulaic approach - bespoke is best.
But here are the steps we would typically follow.
Introductory Meeting
As a first step we sit down and discuss your business and how we might be able to help - only if we believe that we can add sufficient value do we proceed.
Documentation Review
Before looking to go out to investors we will help you review and make sure you have all you need in place so you are ready for investor scrutiny.
Meeting Preparation
We can help with pitch deck preparation and rehearsal so that you can give the best account of yourself and your business when you have the opportunity to pitch. In tandem, we will help line up meetings with suitable investors.
Ongoing Guidance
We help you far beyond simply making introductions - we will continue to guide you through the end-to-end fundraising process, including reviewing term sheets.
